All school and community members play an active role in the counseling program,

and all students participate in the program.

 

Frost

Mrs. Frost has a Master's Degree in School Counseling and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Sociology from Winona State University.  She has been a counselor at the Middle School for the past time years.  Mrs. Frost also co-advises the student council.  In her free time she enjoys hiking, biking, boating, and spending time with family and friends.

Frost

Mrs. Severson earned her Masters Degree in School Counseling at Winona State University, and her Bachelors Degrees in Marketing and Education at the University of Wisconsin - Stout.  She has served the needs of middle school students at Meadowview for 3 years, and elementary students at Maplewood and Lawrence Lawson for the 3 years prior.  Mrs. Severson also served the Sparta School District as Suicide Prevention and ATODA Coordinator before moving to the elementary schools. Mrs. Severson co-advises, with Ms. Frost the Spartan Sisters Girls Club.  In her free time she enjoys boating, bowling, reading, water sports and sime with friends and family.
